Hotel is situated on south periphery of Prague in town section Zbraslav by left bank of the Vltava river. It has direct connection to higway D1 and sally-roads to Strakonice and Slapy. Town center is far 20 minutes by car and easy accessible by urban traffic too.

Hotel, which could be founf in natural tenisa area LTC Zbraslav, offers accommodation in two or three beds rooms. All rooms has their own social settlement with shower bath and television. In addition to standard services, hotel offers also spaces and technical rear with projector for broadcast projection and internet, useful for social and business action and training. It is possible to use tenis courts and halls under direction of proffesional instructors.

Opposite to hotel is ex-monastery, which was originally hunt house for Přemysl Otakar II. Here were interred kings Václav II, Václav III., queen Eliška, wife of Jan Lucemburský, and king Václav IV. With monastery is linked st. Jakub church. Monastery was reshaped to castle with nice garden.

Keeper of the hotel is company VAS v.o.s., which deal with reconstruction of the historic buildings, complete construction management, service and maintenance of the buildings.
